SquadTools brings your club, teams, availability, formations and teamsheets into one simple app โ and gets parents in the loop with a join code, not another spreadsheet.

Built for volunteer coaches running youth teams โ quick to set up, no admin headaches.
Invite coaches and parents with a simple club code and a personal code โ no accounts to chase, no spreadsheets to share.
Drag players onto the pitch, plan substitutions across periods, and save formations to reuse next match.
See who's in before matchday, build the teamsheet, and share it with parents in a tap.
Parents get their own simple view of fixtures and their child's team โ no separate app to install.
Club admins create the club and add teams once. Coaches join their team with a code. Everyone sees the right thing โ no more juggling five different group chats for one club.

SquadTools ("we", "us") is a team management app for grassroots football clubs. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it's handled. If you have questions, contact us at hello@squadtools.uk.
Player records typically belong to children participating in youth football. This information is entered and managed by team coaches and club admins (not by children directly), and is only visible to the coaches, club admins, and linked parents/guardians for that team. We keep this data only for as long as the team or club needs it.
Information you provide is used solely to run the features of the app: managing club/team rosters, planning matches and formations, tracking availability, and sharing teamsheets with the relevant coaches and parents.
Data is stored securely using Cloudflare's infrastructure. Access is limited to what's needed to run the club or team a person belongs to.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information associated with your account or your child's player record at any time by emailing hello@squadtools.uk. Club admins and coaches can also remove players or teams directly within the app.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
